胃癌术后胰岛素抵抗的临床分析

Analysis of insulin resistance after gastric cancer operation

目的 观察62例胃癌手术病例术后胰岛素抵抗的变化情况。方法 对2007年8月～2010年6月62例胃癌手术患者采用Quicki法测定手术后胰岛素敏感性,观察术后不同时间患者胰岛素抵抗的变化情况,并绘制胃癌术后胰岛素抵抗的时间曲线图。结果 依据胃癌术后胰岛素敏感性的变化绘得胃癌术后胰岛素抵抗的时间曲线图。结论 胃癌术后胰岛素抵抗于手术后即已存在,并于24h达到高峰,随时间推移及患者恢复逐渐下降。

Objective To observe 62 cases of gastric cancer patients the change of insulin resistance after surgery.Methods The insulin sensitivity of 62 patients following gastric cancer operation was detected by Quicki method.Observe the change of insulin resistance and draw the time curve of insulin resistance in gastric cancer patients.Results Draw the time curve of insulin resistance based on the change of insulin sensitivity in gastric cancer patients.Conclusion Insulin resistance in gastric cancer patients after surgery already exists,peaked at 24h,and get down over time and the patient recovered.
