山西省县区居民眼科服务利用及影响因素分析

Utilization and influencing factors of residential ophthalmology services in counties of Shanxi province

目的对山西省县区居民眼科服务利用影响因素进行分析,为提高居民对眼科服务的利用提供理论依据。方法对山西省11个地市106个县2004年眼科门诊、住院和手术服务人次/例数、眼科医生数量、眼科床位或眼科设备价值进行调查,运用皮尔森相关和线性回归方程对影响居民眼科服务利用的因素进行分析。结果眼科门诊服务利用与当地社会经济发展水平、眼科医生数量、院床位的数量、眼科医生素质等相关(P<0.01)。眼科住院服务利用与眼科医生数量、床位的数量以及医生素质相关(P<0.01)。眼科手术例数、白内障手术例数与上述因素均相关(P<0.05)。结论要加强人员培训,设备等固定资产的投入,争取投入最少,产出最大。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of utilizing residential ophthalmology service in counties of Shanxi province,thus offering scientific proofs for improvements.Methods Through population-based survey,who were investigated that out-patient clinics of ophthalmology,the number of patients admitted to hospitalization or underwent surgical operations per year,the number of ophthalmologists and beds as well as the values of equipments in 106 counties of 11 cities in 2004.Analyses concerning the influencing factors of residential utilization were conducted using Pearson′s correlation and linear regression equation.Results Utilization of ophthalmology clinics was correlated（P0.01） with the local gross domestic product,the number of ophthalmologist and bed as well as the quality of ophthalmologists.A marked correlation（P0.01） was found between the utilization of hospitalization services and the number of ophthalmologist and bed in addition to the quality of ophthalmologists.There was correlation between the number of all surgeries（P0.05） or cataract surgeries（P0.01） and the above-mentioned factors.Conclusion Training on medical staffs should be strengthened,and the capital assets,including equipments,should be purchased scientifically and reasonably,thereby minimizing inputs and maximizing outputs.
