摘要
本文对出膜后1—45天的草鱼消化道的发育作了组织学方面的研究。结果表明,出膜后第1天的草鱼,其消化道处在原始状态,从出膜后第3天起,消化管逐步完善。除粘膜层和肌层外,还出现了一连续的粘膜下层,而且在粘膜下层中出现零星的横纹肌纤维;在草鱼消化道发育中,在它的后咽和食道内均未见其结实层结构;从草鱼出膜后第9天起,在前肠和中肠中见有许多球形囊状结构,这种结构在孵化后一个月内逐渐消失。
This paper deals with the development of digestive tract in Ctenophary- ngodon idellus.The results are summarized as follows; 1.On the first day after hatching,the digestive tract of the grass carp is in a primitive state.From the third day onwards,the digestive tract gradually develops;besides a mucous membrane and a muscular layer,there also appears a continuous submucous layer,in which a few fibres of striated muscle are present. 2.Throughout the development of the digestive tract,no sturdy layers have been seen in the posterior pharynx and ocsophagus. 3.From the ninth day after hatching,many sac-like structures are seen in the foregut and midgut.They gradually disappear within one month after hatching.
