摘要
材料取于鄱阳湖,进行太湖短吻银鱼卵巢发育组织学的研究。将太湖短吻银鱼卵细胞发育划分为6个时相,又以卵母细胞发育6个时相在卵巢中组成的差异,相应地将卵巢发育划分为6个时期。对太湖短吻银鱼卵膜、卵膜丝、受精孔等的结构作了描述和探讨,从卵膜丝、受精孔和卵的极性的位置关系看,卵母细胞发育到Ⅲ时相时,未来卵子的极性即已被决定。对太湖短吻银Ⅲ的产卵类型作了较详细的分析。还记述了鄱阳湖产太湖短吻银鱼卵巢周年的发育情况。
This paper deals with the histological studies of ovarian development of Neosatanx tangkahkeii taihuensis in Lake Poyang.Main results are as follows: 1.The development of oocytes is composed of six phases.Based on the six phases of the oocytes,the development of ovary is composed of six corresponding stages. 2.In the phase Ⅲ oocyte,there is a micropylar cell and a layer of radial membrane.And some fine egg-membrane threads are arranged on the radial membrane.Some transverse striations appear on the radial membrane of the phase Ⅳ^+ oocyte;in reality,they are small canals,which in the micropylar region are wider in diameter than in the other parts. Because the plasma membrane,radial membrane,egg-membrane threads and some follicular cells that are in the micropylar region have sunk in, the surface of the phase Ⅳ^(+++)oocyte forms a depression which takes the micropylar cell as center,at the same time,the nucleus moves to the animal pole of the oocyte.In a phase Ⅴ oocyte ovulated off the follicule, the micropyle keeps open,and the nucleus(germial vescle)has ruptured. 3.The development of oocytes in the ovary of this fish is non-synchro- nous,The histological structure of the ovary after spawning gets to stage Ⅵ-Ⅳ^+.And the fish may continue developing to maturity and spawning in the same reproductive season.So it is a type of fish that spawns more than once in a reproductive season. 4.In Lake Poyang,the age for sex mature of this fish is one year. This fish goes into the spawning site to spawn during two reproductive seasons(from Feb.to May.and from Sep.to Nov.).
