借鉴国际上院长职业化的建设成果和发展经验,结合我国院长职业化的实践和探索,以及新形势下公立医院改革的相关制度设计,对医院如何建立高度职业化的管理队伍进行可行性分析探讨。

Guided by the experience of hospital director specialization in oversea countries and combined with both of the practice and exploration of hospital director specialization in China and public hospital reform under new circumstance,the feasibilities of establishing highly professional hospital management team is discussed.
