摘要
分析了某三级甲等医院2006年-2010年间特需专家门诊量时间分布和科室分布规律,探讨特需专家门诊量的季节指数变动规律及出诊医师级别与特需专家门诊量之间的关系,提出了合理调配专家资源、加强质量监管、完善配套服务、改善就诊流程等全面提升特需专家门诊服务的对策。
The paper analyzed the distribution lay between the time and department with the register number of specially demanded experts clinic from 2006 to 2010,and discussed the relationship between the change law of seasonal index with the physician level and the patient number.Put forward strategy to improve the quality of service in specially demanded experts clinic,such as allocating expert resources reasonable,strengthening quality supervision,perfect supporting services,and improving medical treatment process.
