经编机电脑提花系统

摘要 本系统首次在经编机上实现用电脑技术彻底取代意匠—纹板—龙头体系,使一幅相当复杂的图画,经过扫描,就可在电脑控制下直接织造出来,整个过程需时36min。平均提高花样翻新效率720倍;平均降低花样翻新成本200倍;提高了织物的艺术层次;允许织机转速升高1~2倍;同时增加了提花机构的可靠性。 A warp knitting jacquard system in which the conventional pattern unit is throughly computerized is developed for the first time.It enables a quite complicated drawing to be immediately woven on a knitted fabric by means of graphics scanning under the control of computer.The whole process takes only 30 minutes,thus,on the average,increasing the efficiency of pattern renewing by 720 times and decreasing the renewing cost by 120 times.It also allows the original loom speed to be doubled,and enhances the artistic level of the fabric,and the reliability of the jacquard mechanism.
