In building a harmonious socialist society, the communist party of China is a ruling party, as well as the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the core of leadership of the party, not only determines the construction of harmonious society, but also the unity and hamony of inner party directly influence the party organizations at all levels such as the general party members cohesion, crea- tivity and fighting capacity.
