近年来,我国企业海外投资渐成风潮,因为风险控制不到位,大多数项目产生了亏损。海外投资的风险控制制度往往形同虚设。从投资风险的内涵、特征入手,对海外投资风险的表现形式进行了阐述,对我国企业海外投资存在的问题进行了详细的分析,最后,提出海外投资的防范策略。

Overseas investment risk control system often exist in name only. This article ,from the meaning and characteristics of investment risk,elaborates the forms and existing problems on the overseas investment of China＇ s enterprises ,finally puts forward the preventive strategies of overseas investment.
