摘要
我国目前的医学生培养方式与国际还有很大差距,差距一方面体现在专的方面,另一方面也体现在博的方面。也即不仅体现在专业素质上,更体现在相关的科学和人文素养上。结合国际和国内综合性大学的医学生培养模式,对综合性大学的医学生的综合素质培养模式从选拔标准、具体的培养模式等方面进行了探讨,目的是医学院校与综合性大学的联合,绝不应该仅仅是"1+1=2",在教育资源整合的基础上,更好地发挥这种综合性优势。
Nowadays, the paradigm of training doctors in China has a lot of differences with the most acceptable international way. The differences can be seen in both the width of knowledge and specialization. Not only can they be found in the dimension of manurer,but also can be found in the dimension of the backgrond of relative science and art. In this article, we will talk about the doctor-training par- adigm in both the dimension of choosing standard and the dimension of the concrete model of nurturing the medical students by compa- ring the paradigm in China and in other countries. The combination of medical schools and universities should not be simply "adding", but should combine the education resourse to take the advantage to the most.
