摘要
回顾分析2008年5月～2011年3月采用腹腔镜子宫切除术治疗子宫超过12孕周(大子宫)的子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌症90例患者的手术护理配合要点,主要包括术前访视与用物准备,术中巡回护士做好患者准备,器械护士做好器械台准备并密切配合腹腔镜操作。认为加强腹腔镜大子宫切除术中护理配合,对获得良好的手术效果起关键作用。
Retrospectively analysis the main points of nursing cooperation on 90 patients who were diagnosed uterine fibroids and adenomyosis with uterus more than 12 weeks of gestation （large uterus） and teated with laparoscopic hysterectomy between May 2008 to March 2011. Nursing measures included preoperative visits and materials preparation , when intraoperative, circuit nurses prepare patients and instrument table , and closely coordinate with the laparoscopic operaters. Thingking that a good nursing cooperation is the key to the succeed of laparo- scopic hysterectomy.
