摘要
Proteus综合征足一种罕见的先天性疾病，主要表现为过度发行紊乱影响多种组织包括骨、软组织、皮肤等。本例主要表现为腑沟回状痣、表皮痣及腑部异常肿物的成年Ps（Proteus syndrome），行火部脑沟回状痣切除游离皮片移植手术治疗，结果报道如下。
