摘要 皮肤是人体最大的器官,在保护人体内环境稳定和阻止外界有害物质入侵方面发挥着极其重要的作用。一般地,皮肤屏障从结构上可分为广义和狭义的屏障。其中,广义的皮肤屏障主要包括与皮肤各层结构相关的屏障;狭义的皮肤屏障主要涉及皮肤角质层(SC)结构相关的屏障。现就皮肤角质层的相关屏障结构和功能的研究进展综述如下。
