宫颈癌是世界上女性高发的第三大恶性肿瘤[1],也是威胁我国妇女健康的主要恶性肿瘤,其发病年龄有年轻化趋势。人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染是宫颈病变的主要病因[2]。HPV是一种常见的小DNA双链病毒,
