摘要
针对特殊结构焊缝搅拌摩擦焊难以实现静态刚性支撑的焊接难题,自主研制了平板、环缝刚性动支撑搅拌摩擦焊工艺试验装置,突破了刚性动支撑搅拌摩擦焊单面焊双面成形的关键技术,完成了2219铝合金产品工艺试验件的环缝焊接。结果表明,该工艺过程稳定、具有较好的工艺柔性,其接头质量与传统静态刚性支撑相当,拓宽了搅拌摩擦焊的应用范围。
To apply friction stir welding in some given structures,especially huge girth welds,the friction stir welding equipments for flat and girth welds were developed.The one-side welding with back formation were realized,which were successfully used to weld a ring specimen.The results show that the friction stir welding process with rigid dynamic support is stable and flexible,while the strength of joints is equivalenl to that of traditional static support.This technology widens the application range of FSW.
