摘要 引入预应力系数概念,研究了循环载荷作用下7075高强铝合金试样表层屈服强度梯度对残余应力松弛的影响。结果表明,在不同的强化工艺下,试样的表层屈服强度与残余应力分布状态相差较大,二者对应力松弛的影响程度也不同;表层压应力与表面强化对抗疲劳特性与抑制表面微观裂纹萌生有利,可作为工程设计的参考。 The pre-stress coefficient was introduced to analyze the influence of surface yield strength gradient on the residual stress relief of 7075 high-strengthened aluminum alloy under cyclic loading.The results show that quenching and shot-peening can introduce different surface residual stress and distribution of yield strength gradient,which have different influences on the residual stress relief.The advantages of surface compressive residual stress and surface strengthening to increase the anti-fatigue property and restrain the initiation of surface micro-cracks could be considered as valuable references in engineering design.
