摘要
利用原位反应合成法制备Cu/FeS复合材料,研究了CuS和Fe的含量对该复合材料相组成和形貌的影响;采用X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜和扫描电镜对样品的相组成、显微结构和形貌进行了分析。结果表明:FeS弥散分布于Cu/FeS复合材料中,同时,热力学计算表明了该实验方案的可行性。
Cu/FeS composite was fabricated by in-situ reaction method.The effects of CuS and Fe relative molar ratio on the properties of the composite were studied.The phase,microstructure and morphology of the composite were analyzed by XRD,light microscope and SEM.The results show that FeS homogenously distributes in the composite.Meanwhile,the feasible of the experiment scheme is verified by thermo-dynamic calculation.
