HVAF喷涂纳米结构Ni基涂层组织及磨损性能研究

摘要 利用AC-HAVF喷涂技术制备了纳米结构Ni基涂层,对涂层微观结构以及磨损性能进行研究。结果表明:涂层主要由γ-Ni固溶体以及FeNi3、Ni3B、CrB2、Cr26C3和Cr7C3等化合物组成,涂层主要由50~70 nm的纳米粒子组成,部分粒子达到20~30 nm;涂层与基体结合很好,孔隙率低,约为2.37%;涂层具有较好的耐磨性,涂层磨损以疲劳磨损为主。 Nano-structured Ni-basesd coating was prepared using AC-HVAF spraying technology, the microstructure and wear properties of the coating were investigated. The results show that the coating consists of γ-Ni solid solution and FeNi3, Ni3B, CrB2,Cr26C3, Cr7C3 phases; the coating is well combined with the substrates, and its porosity rate is about 2.37%; the main particle sizes of the coating are 50-70nm, the parts can reach 20-30 nm; the coating has high hardness and good wear resistance. The main wear mechanism of the coating is fatigue wear.
