摘要
依据离散强化涂层理论,根据实际工况要求,采用瞬态电能强化与离子束增强沉积(IBED)技术制备了离散复合强化涂层,并进行了强化机理分析。理论上制备出的离散复合强化层可提高钢表面的耐磨减摩性能。
According to the theory of discrete coating strengthening and the working conditions,the discrete composite strengthened layer was made using the technologies of transient electric-energy strengthening and ion beam enhanced deposition.The strengthening mechanism was analyzed.The discrete composite strengthened layer can improve the wear resistant and antifriction properties of steel surface.
