摘要
研究不同浓度的PAG淬火液对7249铝合金的力学性能、极化曲线特性和晶间腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:经30%PAG淬火液淬火的合金强度和塑性最好,在极化过程中腐蚀电流小、腐蚀速率小。在保证较高的强度和塑性的同时有较好的抗晶间腐蚀性能,综合性能最佳。
The effects of PAG water sohbe quenchant with different concentrations on the mechanical properties, polarization curves and intergranular corrosion resistance of 7249 alloy were investigated. The results show that the best strength and plasticity can he obtained after quenched in 30%PAG quenchant. The corrosion current is low. The corrosion rate is also low. The 7249 alloy has better intergranular corrosion resistance, high strength and plasticity.
