丹参酮Ⅱa磺酸钠对兔下颌骨牵张成骨促进作用的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨丹参酮Ⅱa磺酸钠注射液对兔下颌骨牵张成骨的作用。方法:将12只大耳白兔随机分为对照组和实验组,建立单侧兔下颌骨牵张成骨模型,实验组自牵张期开始每日注射丹参酮Ⅱa磺酸钠注射液3mL,并分别于固定期1周、4周、7周各处死2只对照兔和2只实验兔,对标本进行大体观察、X线观察、组织学观察和骨组织计量学观察。结果:实验组动物牵张间隙内新骨形成速度及质量均优于对照组,实验组成骨细胞活跃,骨小梁较成熟,单位面积内成骨细胞个数及骨小梁面积百分比均高于对照组。结论:丹参酮Ⅱa磺酸钠对兔下颌骨牵张成骨过程具有促进作用。 Objective: To study the effect of sodium tanshinone ]I A sulfonate on mandibular distraction osteogenesis in rabbits. Methods: 12 big-eared Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into control group (n= 6) and experimental group (n= 6). Unilateral mandibular distraction osteogenesis models were established. Since the end of the delay period, the rabbits of the experiment group were injected sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate 3ml every day. 2 control group rabbits and 2 experimental group rabbits were executed at different time points respectively (lweek, 4weeks, 7weeks after consolidation). The general observation, X- ray observations, histology examination and the bone histomorphometry study were performed. Results: The formation rate and the quality of experimental group were superior to those of the control group. The osteoblast of experimental group was more active and the bone tra.- beculae were more mature. The number of osteoblasts and the percentage of trabeculae area in the distraction gap showed distinct increase compared to the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate appeared to be able to accelerate bone formation of mandibular distraction osteogenesis in rabbits.
