盆腔巨大包块

摘要 对盆腔占位的诊断,常常涉及临床多学科的疾病,包括妇科肿瘤、淋巴结血液学肿瘤、腹膜后肿瘤以及消化道肿瘤。另外一些少见的骨软组织肿瘤或先天性的疾病等都可以表现为盆腔占位。对这类肿瘤的诊断和治疗是外科医生应该掌握的重要内容。我们最近收治了一例盆腔占位,记录了全部临床资料，对临床外科医生的培训提供了有益的资料,现报道如下。
