摘要 microRNAs是近年来发现的内源性非编码单链RNA小分子,在心血管系统中具有特异性的表达谱,通过降解mRNA或抑制蛋白质翻译调控转录后基因的表达。microR-NAs在动脉粥样硬化形成的病理过程中,参与血管内皮细胞的损伤与修复;细胞炎性因子、生长因子等信号分子的表达与释放和血管平滑肌细胞的增殖与迁移等环节,从而调控动脉粥样硬化的发生发展。 Recently,microRNAs have been discovered as a small endogenous non-coding single-stranded RNA molecule,which has a specific expression profile in the cardiovascular system,and regulates gene expression at the transcriptional level through degradating mRNA or inhibiting protein translation.In the atherosclerosis,microRNAs attends not only vascular endothelial cell injury and repair,but also expression and release of cytokines,growth factors and other active substances,meanwhile,microRNAs attends vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation and migration and other aspects,thereby regulates atherosclerotic formation and development.
