Wallis棘突间动态稳定系统治疗腰椎退行性疾病(DDD)的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]观察Wallis棘突间动态稳定系统治疗腰椎退行性疾病(DDD)的临床疗效。[方法]回顾性分析2009年3月~2011年6月Wallis棘突间动态稳定系统治疗的腰椎退行性疾病患者15例:其中巨大椎间盘患者5例;节段性腰椎失稳致下腰痛患者3例;腰椎管非硬性狭窄患者4例;既往节段融合后出现相邻节段椎间盘退变患者3例。观察手术时间、术中出血量,比较术前术后JOA评分、腰腿痛VAS评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数情况(ODI)。[结果]Wallis棘突间动态稳定系统手术操作简便、创伤小。经随访,术后6个月疼痛VAS评分、JOA评分、功能障碍指数与术前比较有统计学差异。术中及随访期间所有患者未出现不良并发症。[结论]掌握好适应证,Wallis系统能为DDD患者的阶梯治疗环节上增加一种有益的过渡性甚至是终极的治疗方法。
