SME diversification is widespread.However,some practices during which such as the fascination of larger-scale,opportunism and individualism in the thinking of industry as well as lack of core competencies often result in serious consequences.So,the diversity of SMEs should follow a strategic logic based on competitive advantage,and prevent possible bureaucratic tendency.
