摘要
2011年11月16日9时15分，甘肃省庆阳市正宁县发生重大交通事故。一辆向东行驶的运煤车与一辆向西行驶的榆林子镇幼儿园校车相撞，核载9人的小客车实载64人。事故造成21人死亡，其中幼儿19人，危重1人，重伤10人，轻伤32人。
