摘要
文章介绍了离心泵汽蚀产生的机理,汽蚀对泵造成的危害,并阐述了汽蚀的识别方法以及泵汽蚀常用的防范措施。如改进泵的结构设计,提高装置有效汽蚀余量,使用抗汽蚀材料,加强对泵的操作管理。
This paper introduces the mechanism of cavitation formation in centrifugal pumps and the harms to the pumps caused by cavitation.It also expatiates on how to identify cavitation and presents some typical preventive measures for pump cavitation,such as improving the construction design of pumps,increasing NPSHa of the units,using anti-cavitation material and strengthening the management of pump operation.
