摘要
阐述了润滑油精制装置中的糠醛腐蚀机理及影响因素。采用注入缓蚀剂、氮气密封等措施,可破坏糠醛、糠酸和水的共沸,阻止糠酸从糠醛回收塔返回装置系统,使全装置酸值下降,有效减缓糠酸对设备的腐蚀。
This paper illustrates the corrosion mechanism and influencing factors in the lube oil refining unit.By taking measures such as the injection of corrosion inhibitor and nitrogen sealing,the azeotropy of furfural,furoic acid and water can be damaged.Furoic acid can be prevented to return to the unit system from furfural recovery tower,which decreases the acid value of the entire unit and slows down the corrosion of furoic acid to the equipment effectively.
