微创插入钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折19例疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨MIPO技术在移位的跟骨关节内骨折治疗中的疗效。方法:采用跗骨窦切口入路,经皮插入式钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折19例(21足),其中SandersⅡ型9足(Ⅱa型2足,Ⅱb型4足,Ⅱc3足),Ⅲ型12足(Ⅲab型5足,Ⅲac型4足,Ⅲbc型3足)。根据X线片及CT对手术前后跟骨的关节面、宽度、高度、长度及Bohleers角和Gissanes角进行比较分析,观察术后切口愈合情况。采用Fernandez跟骨骨折功能评价标准评价临床功能疗效。结果:所有患者术后获得随访6~16个月,平均11个月。X线片示术后关节面、宽度、高度、长度及Bohleers角和Gissanes角均获得满意矫正。Fernandez跟骨骨折评分标准显示:优17足,良3足,可1足,优良率95.2%.术后未发现明显并发症。结论:MIPO技术治疗移位的跟骨关节内骨折疗效满意,并且可以避免术后伤口并发症的发生。
