摘要 通过一系列有效的绩效管理方法,管理者能够对教师所要完成的教学的内容和效果有一个全面的了解和认识,并为改进将来的教学工作提供依据,这种方法能将教师的个人发展与学校的可持续发展紧密结合起来,有利于调动教师教学的积极性和教师绩效的提高。 Through a series of effective methods of performance management,we can realize and understand the teaching content and effectiveness as a whole,and can provide the basis of improving teaching work.
