摘要
碳纤维复合芯导线是一种全新结构的节能型增容导线,与常规导线相比具有众多优点,代表了未来架空导线的技术发展趋势,有助于构造安全、环保、高效节约型输电网络。在施工架线过程中其与普通的架空导线(钢芯铝绞线)一样,需要考虑导线的初始伸长。通过两个碳纤维复合芯导线的架线施工的实例,对其初始伸长的特点进行了探讨。根据碳纤维复合芯棒初始伸长的迅速释放特性,可对碳纤维复合芯导线架线弧垂采用降温补偿法。
Carbon fiber composite core conductor is a new design of energy saving and capacity improved conductor, compared with other conventional conductors it has various advantages, and reflects the technical development trend of future overhead lines, more over, it is favorable to construct the power transmission lines with safe, eco, high efficient, and saving features. Like other common overhead lines (ACSR) it requires to consider the initial elongation of the conductor during construction and installation. Based on two construction and installation examples of carbon fiber composite core conductor, the characteristics of its initial elongation are discussed. According to the rapid release characteristics of the initial elongation of carbon fiber composite core bar, a lower temperature compensation mode can be used for the overhead line sag of carbon fiber composite core conductor.
