摘要
由于光纤复合低压电缆(OPLC)在未来家庭智能化、办公自动化、数字化变电站、工控网络化的数据传输中具有重要的地位,因此OPLC具有广阔的发展前景。详细介绍了OPLC的结构形式和各主要组成部分,并结合低压电缆生产经验以及性能要求研究了OPLC的生产工艺。对生产的OPLC进行性能测试及分析,实践证明OPLC产品符合设计要求。
Since optical fiber composite low-voltage cable (OPLC) will take its important position in the digital transmission of future home intelligence, office automation, digital substation, industrial control networking, it has broad prospect. The structures and main components of OPLC are presented in detail, and the production process of OPLC are explored combining with the production experience of low-voltage cables and the performance requirements. The performance of the produced OPLC is tested and analyzed. The practice shows that the OPLC product is accordance with the design specifications.
