The key point to improve the aluminum die-casting mould for the motor rotor was described.The applied floating-type upper part of the mould improved exhausting capacity and degreased the rotor＇s contraction cavity ratio.The improved construction of the aluminum die-casting mould solved the problem of the aluminum layer on the rotor surface.
