口疮饮治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效观察

Curative effect of Kouchuang Yin on recurrent oral ulcer in clinic

目的观察口疮饮治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法将60例复发性口腔溃疡患者分成治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组口服口疮饮颗粒;对照组口服口炎清颗粒。疗程3个月。观察患者总溃疡数、总间歇期以判定长期疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率、显效率、总有效率高于对照组,总溃疡数治疗组明显少于对照组,总间歇期时间治疗组明显长于对照组。结论口疮饮在减少溃疡发作数目、延长间歇期方面有显著优势。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Kouchuang Yin on recurrent oral ulcer in clinic. Methods The patients （n=60） with recurrent oral ulcer were divided into the treatment group and control group （each n=30）. The treatment group was given Kouchuang Yin and control group, Kouyanqing Keli. A therapeutic course was 3 months. The total numbers and interval of ulcer were observed for judging long-term curative effect. Results The cure rate, obvious effective rate and total effective rate were all higher in the treatment group than those in the control group. The total numbers of ulcer were less in the treatment group than those in the control group, and the total interval of ulcer was longer in the treatment group than that in the control group. Conclusion Kouchuangyin Keli had a significant advantage in decreasing ulcer numbers and prolonging the interval.
