补肾强督方治疗强直性脊柱炎50例临床研究

Treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with Bushen Qiangdu Fang in 50 cases

目的探讨补肾强督方治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的疗效与安全性。方法本研究共入选50例门诊和住院患者,予补肾强督方治疗,每日1剂,早晚分服,疗程6个月,观察治疗前后疾病活动指数、功能指数、全身疼痛评分、晨僵时间、中轴关节压痛指数、枕墙距、指地距、胸廓活动度、schober征、血沉、C-反应蛋白等。结果各项指标均有显著改善(P<0.05～0.001),且均未出现血常规、尿常规改变及肝肾功能损害。结论补肾强督方对强直性脊柱炎有较好的疗效,且具有安全性。

Objective To discuss the curative effect and safety of Bushen Qiangdu Fang in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods The patients （n=50） were selected from outpatient sections and wards, and then they were treated with Bushen Qiangdu Fang one potion a day in the morning and evening for 6 months （one therapeutic course）. The changes of disease activity index, functional index, whole body pain scores, morning stiffness time, axial joint tenderness index, occiput to wall distance, finger to floor distance, activity of thorax, Schober sign, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） and C-reactive protein （CRP） were observed before and after the treatment. Results All indexes were significantly ameliorated （P0.05 to P0.001）. There were no changes observed in blood and urinary routine examinations and damage of liver and kidney functions. Conclusion Bushen Qiangdu Fang has a good curative effect on AS and is safe and reliable.
