HPLC Determination of Bulleyaconitine A in Aconitum georgei

目的:建立测定长喙乌头中草乌甲素含量的方法,为该药用植物资源的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用HPLC测定长喙乌头药材中草乌甲素的含量。结果:线性范围,r=0.9998,草乌甲素平均加样回收率为RSD=1.51%.结论:该方法简便、快速、精密度和准确度良好。

Objective：To provide the scientific evidence of the utilization and development of Aconitum georgei,a method of the determination of bulleyaconitine A content in Aconitum georgei by HPLC was developed.Methods： The content of bulleyaconitine A in Aconitum georgei was determined by HPLC.Conclusion： The method was rapid,simple,sensitive,and accurate.
