摘要
生鲜蔬菜经过减压冷藏,然后清洗、切碎后进行简单包装,可延长冷藏货架期和无温度控制环境货架期两者。初步实验表明减压冷藏技术在生鲜净菜小包装加工流通中有应用前景。
Shelf period of both cold storage and temperature un-control can be extended when the fresh vegetables stored in a hypobaric cold storage then cleaned, cut up as well as simply packed. The test reveals that hypobaric storage technology has the application prospects for processing and circulation of fresh clean vegetables smaller package.
