摘要
2005年,中国船级社将国际运营船舶入级制度引入到国内航行船舶的管理之中,正式推出国内航行船舶入级服务产品(CSAD)和相应的技术标准,以打造国内运营船舶的优质船队,利用品牌的杠杆作用,大幅提高国内运营船舶的安全管理水平。通过六年的运行,CSAD品牌已得到业界各方的高度认可,CSAD船队发展势头良好,不仅有力地促进了国内水上安全,提高了船舶质量标准,同时也对行业的健康发展,有很大的促进作用。目前,国内船舶入级已经被业界广泛认可与信赖,入级船舶总吨位超1千万吨。回首六年的发展之路,CCS更清晰地认识到推进国内船舶入级的必要性,也更加坚定了未来的发展方向。
