摘要
目的探讨病案信息管理在医院管理中的作用。方法分析病案信息管理一般情况、管理现状、在医院管理中的意义及加强病案管理的措施。结果病案信息是患者就医的原始资料,可为教学、科研、管理及医疗法规制定提供良好的素材,是医院管理的重要组成部分,但目前仍存在不足。结论加强病案监控和管理,提高病案管理工作人员综合素质对提高医院管理水平具有重要意义。
Objective This paper discusses the effect of information management of medical records in hospital management.Methods It discusses and analyzes the general condition and current situation and the meaning in hospital management of information management of medical records,and the countermeasures to strengthen medical records management.Results The information of medical records is a primary material for consulting doctors and the important part of hospital management that can provide well material for teaching,science and research and medical law and regulations draft,while it still has deficiency.Conclusions Medical records monitor strengthening and comprehensive quality of staffs of medical records management improvement have vital meaning for improving hospital management level.
