摘要
目的提高病案质量管理工作的具体做法。方法通过落实科室三级质控的管理制度和质量管理部门监控的方法,加强信息反馈,提高临床医师书写病历的积极性。结果通过严密的病案质量控制体系,病案质量较以往有显著提高。结论提高病案质量要充分发挥各级质控组织的职能作用。
Objective to improve the specific practice of quality management of medical records.Methods This paper suggests to improve the activity of writing medical records of clinical doctors through implementing management system of tertiary quality control and monitor of quality management department and information feedback strengthening.Results Through compact quality control system of medical records,the quality of medical records have obviously increased than before.Conclusion To improve the quality of medical records it needs to fully develop functional effect of different levels of quality control organization.
