腹膜透析与血液透析对患者生活质量的影响

The Effect of Peritoneal Dialysis and Hemodialysis to the Life Quality of Patients

目的比较血液透析和腹膜透析患者的生活质量的差异,探讨适合慢性肾衰竭患者的透析方式。方法选择2008年1月-2010年1月在某中心医院规律血液透析患者32例,规律腹膜透析患者36例。所有患者均检测生化指标,并行健康生活质量SF-36问卷调查。结果两组患者MAP、血肌酐、血白蛋白、血红蛋白、Ca、P、iPTH、等临床参数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);腹膜透析组的躯体疼痛、情感职能要优于血液透析组,血液透析组的生命活力要明显优于腹膜透析组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹膜透析患者生活质量好于血液透析患者生活质量。

This paper compares the differences of life quality between patients who had hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis,discussing the dialysis suitable for chronic renal failure patients.Methods It selects 32 cases had regular hemodialysisand 36 cases had regular peritoneal dialysis from January 2008 to January 2010 in a central hospital.All the patients had biochemical index test and questionnaire of health life quality SF-36.Results It compares the clinical parameters of MAP,serum creatinine,serum albumin,hemoglobin,Ca,P,iPTH between these two groups.There is no statistical meaning of the differences（P0.05）;The body pain and emotional function of peritoneal dialysis group（PDG） are better than the hemodialysis group（HG）;the life vigor of HG is better than PDG,which differences has statistical meaning（P0.05）.Conclusion The life quality of patients had peritoneal dialysis are better than who had hemodialysis.
