电子签名技术在电子病案中的应用

The Aplication of Electronic Signature in EMR

目前电子病案在我国仍未得到真正意义的普及,阻碍其发展的根本原因是自身的安全性问题没有得到很好的解决。根据电子病案系统的安全需求,本文提出了以《电子签名法》为依据,以电子签名技术为手段的完善的技术保障体系。基于PKI技术的电子签名是目前国内外公认最可靠的解决方案。经过电子签名的电子病案在内容和形式上如有任何改动都能被发现,从而真正确保其完整、真实、可靠。

At current,EMR is not prevailing in China.The basic reason for hindering its development is that EMR has safety problem which still has not been solved perfectly.On account of the request for high safety of EMR system,this thesis points out a perfect technologic guarantee system as the basis of Law of Electronic Signature and electronic signature technology.The electronic signature based on public key infrastructure（PKI） technology is the most reliable solution,admitted at home and abroad until now.Through electronic signature,people can find any change in EMR＇s content and mode,which actually makes sure EMR have complete,true and reliable information.
