The Analysis on Effect Factors of Medical Insurance Overspending of 4 Kinds of Surgical Single Disease

目的探索影响4种外科单病种医保超支的因素,为控制医保超支提供参考。方法运用t检验、χ2检验、Logistic回归对某三甲综合性医院2009年1月1日-2009年12月31日出院患者的医保超支影响因素进行分析。结果年龄、住院天数、自费比例是影响4种外科单病种医保超支的共同因素。结论住院时间越长,医保超支的机率越大;年龄特征诱发医保超支;其他来自政府、疾病、医保制度以及医院管理方面的因素影响医保超支。

Objective This paper discusses the factors affecting medical insurance overspending of 4 kinds of surgical single disease for providing references to control medical insurance overspending.Methods Through using t test,χ 2 test and logistic regression,it analyzes effect factors of medical insurance overspending for hospitalization patients from January 1 2009 to December 31 2009,in a tertiary class-A hospital.Results The common factor affect them are the age,day of hospitalization and private expense.Conclusions The more time of hospitalization,the bigger chance of medical insurance overspending rate;the characteristic of age induces medical insurance overspending;the factors from government,disease,medical insurance system and management of medical hospital affect medical insurance overspending.
