2011年11月7日，中国注册会计师协会与香港会计师公会在北京签署职业道德守则等效联合声明，确认内地职业道德守则与香港职业道德守则实现等效。财政部副部长、中国注册会计师协会会长李勇及香港会计师公会会长蔡永忠出席签字仪式并发表讲话。中国注册会计师协会副会长兼秘书长陈毓圭与香港会计师公会行政总裁张智媛作为双方代表签署了该项声明。
On November 7th,2011,a joint declaration signed between the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants(CICPA) and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants(HKICPA) confirms that the mainland's code of ethics for professional accountants has achieved equivalence with its counterpart code in Hong Kong.Based on the convergence with the international Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants by both bodies,CICPA and HKICPA have worked together actively and effectively on the equivalence project and also setwith a continuingcontinuing commitment in this aspect to this.Signing of this joint declaration marks the cooperation and great achievements between mainland and Hong Kong accountancy profession has accomplished new great achievements.
