人参粉大鼠亚慢性喂养试验血清生化及离子指标的研究 被引量:3

Sub Chronic Feeding Study of Panax Ginseng Powder on Rats' Serum Biochemistry and Ion

摘要 目的研究长期给予大鼠一定剂量人参粉对大鼠血清生化及离子值的影响。方法分别以4、6、8 g/(kg BW.d)3个剂量人参粉掺入基础饲料喂饲大鼠180 d,另设基础饲料对照组;于试验末期测定空腹大鼠血清生化及离子指标,比较各组指标的差异。结果各组大鼠血清生化指标及离子值未见明显改变(测定值详见表1~表2,均P>0.05)。结论以一定剂量长期喂养大鼠人参粉,对其血清生化及离子值未见不良影响。 Objective To study the effect of ginseng powder on rats' serum biochemistry and ion following long term exposure via daily oral consumption. Methods Three groups of rats were given with the dose of 4,6,8 g/kg BW per day ginseng powder and one group with foundation animal feed only for 180 days. At the end of the test, the serum biochemistry and ion of empty stomach rats were measured. The indexes' difference was compared among 4 groups. Results There was no apparently difference between 4 groups' indexes of rats' serum biochemistry and ion ( P 〉 0.05, see tables 1 and 2 ). Conclusion There is no bad influence on rats' serum biochemistry and ion after long term exposure via daily oral consumption with ginseng powder at the certain dose.
