某公司乙烯扩建工程项目职业病危害控制效果评价 被引量:1

Control Effect of Occupational Hazards in the Expansion Project of Ethylene in an Enterprise

摘要 目的识别、分析某公司乙烯装置工程产生的职业病危害因素,探讨防护对策和措施。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查等方法,对该项目的职业病危害因素进行分析,评价其职业病危害防护设施的控制效果。结果该扩建工程项目在生产过程中的职业病危害因素主要有液化石油气、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氮氧化物、硫化氢、三苯、苯乙烯、抽余油、噪声、高温。现场检测结果显示压分车间分离岗位、裂解车间炉岗和急冷岗的岗位工人接触噪声40 h等效声级分别为77.1、77.6、75.9 dB(A),均低于80 dB(A),不属于噪声岗位。裂解炉为高温作业场所,WGBT指数为26.3℃。各岗位工人接触的职业病危害因素均符合国家规定的职业接触限值要求。结论该项目属职业病危害严重的建设项目。从职业卫生角度分析,该建设项目可行。 Objective To analyze and identify the occupational disease risk factors in the ethylene project, and to discuss preventive measures and countermeasure. Methods Field investigation, detection and occupational physical exami- nation were carried out to evaluate the control effect of preventive facilities of occupational hazards. Results Occupational risk factors included liquefied petroleum gas, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxide, hydrogen sulfide, styrene, benzene, toluene, dimethylbenzene, cinnamene, raffinate oil, noise and high temperature in this expansion project. 40 hours equivalent sound levels were 77. 1 dB( A), 77. 6 dB(A) and 75.9 dB(A) ,which were under 80 dB(A) . Pyrolyzer was a high temperature work area,WGBT index was 26. 3℃. All concentrations( intensities ) of occupational risk factors met the national allowable limits. Conclusion This expansion is a serious occupational project , occupational health item of project is coincident with the requirements of national law and regulations. This expansion project is feasible.
