摘要
目的建立一种测定保健食品中盐酸氨基葡萄糖的方法。方法样品用水溶解超声提取30 min,冷却至室温定容,取上清液过0.45μm滤膜,经Waters NH2色谱柱(3.9 mm×300 mm,10μm)分离,以水为流动相,示差折光检测器检测。结果在0.5~2.5 mg/ml范围内,盐酸氨基葡萄糖的浓度和面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),该方法所得的平均回收率为95.0%~98.0%,RSD为4.8%~5.5%,绝对检出限为100 ng。结论该方法简单、快速,可适用于保健食品中盐酸氨基葡萄糖的测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of glucosamine hydrochloride in Health food by high performance liquid chromatography with differential refractometers. Methods After sonicated for 30 minutes and filtered through the 0. 45μm filter after cooling to room temperature, the samples were separated on a Waters NH2 column (3.9 mm ×300 mm, 10 μm) using water as the mobile phase and detected with differential refractometers detector. Results Within the range of 0. 5 - 2. 5 mg/ml, there was a good linear relationship between the concentration and peak area of glucosamine hydroehloride( r =0. 999 6 ). The range of average recovery was 95.0% - 98.0% , and relative standard deviations was 4. 8% -5.5%. The detection limit was 100 ng. Conclusion The method is simple, fast and can be applied to determine glucosamine hydroehloride in health food.
