The manufacturing process for the first locomotives manufactured by Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co.,Ltd.exported to New Zealand was discussed.The structure characteristics and the difficulties for manufacturing were analyzed.The solutions developed for the difficulties were discussed and the technical measures were given.
