分散著录实践的再认识

丛书多卷书的著录一直是编目工作的难点,传统的编目原则以集中著录为主、以分散著录为辅。然而,随着文献出版形式、编目工作模式、采访查重手段及读者服务方式的变化,越来越暴露出集中著录方式的局限性与不适应性。本文通过实例分析,探讨了分散著录的优势与不足,提出了分散著录方式下集中给号与分散给号的馆藏排架原则,同时反思了现今形势下丛书多卷书的概念与编目原则与理论的与时俱进。

Cataloging of series and multi -volumes has been the problems, usually me traumonat cataloguing rule adopts centralized cataloging assisted by distributed cataloging. However, with the changes in document format, cataloging rules, acquisition policy and user services, its limitations and inadaptability are becoming more and more obvious. By analyzing examples, this paper discus- ses the advantages and disadvantages of distributed cataloging, proposes the shelving rules of central- ly assigning numbers and distributed assigning numbers, while the concept of series and multi - vol- umes and its cataloging rules under new situation are described.
