摘要
分析了氯处理工序生产过程中的异常现象,总结了实际生产过程中B区氯气正压水封和A、C区透平机氯气冷却器回水系统发生的问题,提出解决方案。优化工艺后,装置达到了预定的使用效果,创造了较大的社会和环保效益。
The abnormal phenomena appeared in operation of chlorine treatment procedure were analyzed.The problems occurred in positive pressure water seal in region B and the problems occurred in backwater system of chlorine gas cooler of turbine in region A and C in practical production were summarized,and solutions were put forward.After optimization of process,the plant reached the expected effects and created big economic,social and environmental benefits.
